KPN-CERT pro actively supports clients by guaranteeing the sucurity of not only their
company network but also the networks over which KPN offers it's services. The consumer
ISP's Planet Internet, HetNet and XS4ALL form part of this administered zone. Furthermore
KPN-CERT collects and analyses data from incidents and can give advice on how to subsequently
avoid them. This applies to incidents actively reported by clients in the administered zone,
but also incidents precipitated by clients in the administered zone.
KPN-CERT works closely with other European CERT/CSIRT teams, and participates in the Forum
on Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST).
KPN-CERT is reachable 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.
